CDL 2021 Stage 2 Week 2 - Day 3 Preview

Charlie Cater

The CDL 2021 action continues with Day 3 of Week 2. With three more great games, here’s the odds and our preview.

London Royal Ravens (3.40) vs New York Subliners (1.24)

Following a win over the LA Thieves, London are looking great so far in stage 2. Currently 2-0, they’ll be looking to bring this momentum into this match, and defeat the Subliners. However, this will not be easy.

The New York Subliners are coming off the back of a dominant 3-1 victory against the LA Guerrillas. They looked great, and Clayster was yet again topping the leaderboard. They’re favourites for this match, however this is one that may go the distance.

LA Thieves (5.80) vs Atlanta FaZe (1.08)

Following a tough loss against London, things don't get any better for the Thieves. Venom struggled in his debut, and he’ll need to step it up against FaZe. However, he didn't let this get to him, and he clutch dup when needed, bringing LA their Map 1 win.

Currently 10-0 and undefeated, Atlanta FaZe are a tough team to bet against. They are playing some flawless COD this season, and this should be 11-0 for the squad.

LA Guerrillas (2.08) vs Toronto Ultra (1.62)

Sitting 0-2 so far in their group, the LA Guerrillas need to bounce back against Toronto. Vivid has been great, but the rest of the squad need to keep up with his pace in this match if they are to have a chance.

Insight dominated in his debut, but Toronto are still left 0-2 in Stage 2 so far. This is a must win game for the team. We’re looking for Cammy to take a new, SMG role, with Bance on the Flex. This would greatly improve Toronto, so look out for that switch.
