CDL 2021 Stage 5 Week 3 - Day 2 Preview

Charlie Cater

The Call of Duty League continues tonight with two more great matches. Here’s the odds, and our preview of tonight's games.

Toronto Ultra (1.24) vs Florida Mutineers (3.65)

Toronto Ultra have continued to be a dominant force in the CDL this season, and they should continue to do so against the Mutineers. Cammy was recently named as an MVP candidate, and rightly so as he has been one of the best players all season.

While this should be a match in favour of Toronto, the Mutineers have improved greatly recently. Following a victory over Dallas Empire, the Mutineers will enter this game with confidence, and if they take map 1, they could upset.

Dallas Empire (1.03) vs Seattle Surge (8.80)

Dallas Empire will be looking to continue their recent good form as they head into the Stage 5 Major. Despite a poor loss to the Mutineers, the Empire have recently been great and they’ve managed to continue their form from the Major. This is a must win match, and should be easy.

Seattle Surge have continued to struggle online, and we don't see this changing in this match. While they may be able to compete on LAN, they fail to challenge Online, so this should be another loss for the Surge.
