CDL Stage 4 Major - Day 4 Preview

Charlie Cater

The Call of Duty League’s first LAN Major in over a year comes to an end today. With the Losers Semifinal to kick off the day, here's the odds and our preview.

OpTic Chicago (1.91) vs Dallas Empire (1.80)

This match is extremely contested, and it’s hard to pick a team to come out on top. While Dallas Empire have a slight edge following their 3-0 over OpTic earlier in the week, this also gives OpTic some more motivation and reason to win this match.

OpTic looked great against Minnesota ROKKR in their second match last night, and the one more match played than Dallas might give them an advantage. However, Dallas Empire took the Stage 2 Champions, Toronto Ultra, to a game five round 11, and breezed past the Subliners.

This is a tough match to call, and it looks to have game five written all over it. The mapset will be crucial here, and the OpTic need to win the Control if they are to win the series.

The winner of this match will face Toronto Ultra. Whoever goes through will have a tough match so we’re predicting a Toronto vs FaZe Grand Final once again.
