CDL Stage 4 Week 1 - Day 1 Preview

Charlie Cater

The Call of Duty League is back! With two matches tonight to kick off Stage 4, we take a look at the odds, and our preview of the games to come.

Atlanta FaZe (1.12) vs Paris Legion (4.70)

After a strong Stage 3, Atlanta FaZe will be looking to continue their great run of form into Stage 4. Arcitys has been performing at his very best recently, and his AR dominance is key to FaZe’s playstyle. This should be a quick and easy 3-0 for FaZe.

Paris Legion have had a disappointing season so far, and bringing Temp into the squad has not improved much. However, their most recent change sees Zaptius join. Previously on the London Royal Ravens, Zaptius had recently been playing well for the team, and will look to continue this form. However, FaZe look too good and this will be a very hard game.

Toronto Ultra (1.30) vs Florida Mutineers (3.00)

Toronto Ultra placed third at the most recent Major, but they still look like one of, if not the best team in the game. Bance and Cammy have both been extremely dominant recently, and Toronto’s teamwork is exceptional. Heading into this match they can be confident, with Florida being very inconsistent throughout the season, Ultra should take this match.

Florida however have looked better in recent weeks. Their teamwork has improved, and thus their Search and Destroy has looked better too. However, their inconsistency has been a real issue this year. While we could see an upset here, we just don't know what to expect from Florida.
