CDL Stage 4 Week 2 - Day 1 Preview

Charlie Cater

The Call of Duty League continues with Week 2 of Stage 1 starting tonight. With last week's matches giving us some of the best COD yet, here’s the odds, and our preview of tonight's matches.

Atlanta FaZe (1.06) vs Seattle Surge (6.40)

Atlanta FaZe concluded a dominant week of matches with a 3-0 win over OpTic Chicago. This was Atlanta FaZe back to their best, carrying on their Major 3 form into Stage 4. With their dominant SMG players, this should be an easy match for FaZe.

Seattle Surge forced a game five against the LA Thieves in their first match with new signing, Classic. However, this seemed to be more down to some mistakes from the Thieves. For Surge to win this game, their SMGs need to be on point and battle with Simp and aBeZy.

Dallas Empire (1.56) vs Los Angeles Guerrillas (2.18)

Vivid will be taking on his former team for the first time since joining Dallas Empire. His performances in his first two matches have been lacklustre, but this is his opportunity to show up and dominate.

Search and Destroy has been the bread and butter of the LA Guerrillas season. However, with Vivid now on the other side, their SnD could be compromised. To secure a victory here, the Guerrillas need to play their best respawns, and not rely on Search and Destroy.
