CDL Stage 5 Week 1 - Day 2 Preview

Charlie Cater

The final stage of the 2021 Call of Duty League season continues tonight, with two more amazing matches. Here’s the odds, and our preview.

Minnesota ROKKR (1.29) vs Los Angeles Guerrillas (3.25)

Minnesota ROKKR began to heat up towards the end of Stage 4, and Priestahh has begun to completely dominate. With rumours of Priestahh moving to an SMG role for Stage 5, Minnesota could be a team to watch as we’re not quite sure how this could change the squad.

The Los Angeles Guerrillas have brought in Mental for Stage 5, sending Cheen back to the subs bench. This seems like a horrible move for the Guerrillas, and while Mental may bring some more speed to the roster, Cheen was their best player before, and will most certainly be missed.

New York Subliners (1.48) vs LA Thieves (2.48)

The New York Subliners will finally be reunited with Asim for Stage 5 after missing him during the Stage 4 Major. This is great for the Subliners, and if they can continue their recent great form, this should be an easy win.

The LA Thieves have made yet another roster change, bringing in John and Drazah, making the full roster Kenny, Slasher, Drazah and John. While on paper this team looks incredible, rumours are that they haven't been performing well in scrims, so the Subliners could be looking for a dominant win here.
