The CDL Super Week continues with three more matches. Here’s the odds, and our preview of the games.
London took a hard 3-0 loss to the New York Subliners last night. Unfortunately, Dallas Empire are a different beast. While they suffered a loss to Minnesota Rokkr in their last match, Dallas are still one of the best teams in the game, and this will be extremely hard for the Ravens.
On paper, Dallas should win this match 3-0 or 3-1. Huke is playing the best Call of Duty of his life this year, and has been Empire’s star player in their first few matches. If he can continue this, Dallas will be even more dangerous than first thought.
Seattle were dominated by Minnesota Rokkr in a quick 3-0 defeat. Yet again, this is a match that will be just as hard if not harder. Prestinni is a main factor for Seattle, if he plays badly, the team will have no chance. However, if he steps up, then Seattle could take this match
Currently 2-0 in the League, LA Thieves are looking like one of the best, and will want to continue their flawless run. Playing Seattle Surge is a perfect opportunity to do so, and we expect a 3-0 or 3-1 from the Thieves in this match.
Toronto Ultra are one of the best Hardpoint teams in the game. However, they'll always need to win another game mode to take a series. CleanX and Cammy have been Toronto’s main slayers so far, and they'll need to keep that up against a strong OpTic roster.
In their 3-2 defeat to Atlanta FaZe, OpTic suffered in Search and Destroy. While OpTic seem fairly dominant in Hardpoint and Control, they can't rely on winning each series 3-1, as teams will steal and respawn and therefore the series. This match will be a real test for OpTic, and Toronto look like an excellent underdog bet.
