New York Subliners $100K WarzoneMania - Day 2 Preview

Charlie Cater

Tonight we’ll see the New York Subliners $100K WarzoneMania conclude following a set of Bracket play matches. Here, we’ll be looking at all the round one matches, and who we think will come out on top.

Team Aydan (1.67) vs Team Tommey (1.92)

In the closest match of all round one matchups, Team Aydan takes on Team Tommey. Aydan, SuperEvan & JKap performed extremely well last night and topped the leaderboard for the kill race. Tommey, Rated & Enable didn’t do as well, however they managed to qualify through the Rebirth Rumble stage instead. With two incredible teams, this will be a very close game. Judging from their performance last night, we’re favouring Team Aydan slightly, but this one is hard to call.

Team Tfue (1.38) vs Team HusKerrs (2.52)

Tfue, DougisRaw & Newbz put up some of the biggest games last night in the tournament. With a 90 point game, the squad dominated in the Kill Race and qualified in 4th place. HusKerrs, AverageJoewo & OpTic Jorge are in for a tough match, as Tfue’s team hit some real form last night. We’re backing Team Tfue to win here.

Team Vikkstar (1.38) vs Team Clayster (2.52)

Vikkstar, Jukeyz and BennyCentral were one of the best performers in the kill race last night, placing second. Jukeyz continued to show that he is one of the best Warzone players in the world, posting five 30+ kill games in a row. Clayster, Frozone & Neslo came back from a poor 15th place in the kill race, to 1st in the Rebirth Rumble. However, if Jukeyz plays like he did last night, Team Clayster have no chance.

Team MuTeX (1.46) vs Team Swagg (2.30)

MuTeX, DiazBiffle & Zer0 placed third in the kill race to qualify. We haven't seen Zer0 compete in many Warzone tournaments before, but he definitely has the skill. With two incredible Warzone players alongside him in MuTeX and Biffle, they should take this win. Swagg, GDBooya and TTinyy somewhat underperformed last night, however they can't be underestimated. All three are excellent Call of Duty players, and have proved their quality in previous wins.

Day 2 of the New York Subliners $100K WarzoneMania kicks off at 8PM GMT tonight.
